The minimum investment amount is typically $50,000 per investment offering. Investors may invest as an individual with a checking or savings account, or with an entity such as a LLC, trust, or Self-Directed IRA, Solo 401(k), or Qualified Retirement Plan (QRP) account.
The distributions frequency varies per investment – it could be monthly or quarterly. The schedule of initial distribution will be discussed during the presentation of a specific asset.
The business plans for most investments is to hold the property for five years. During this time, you will receive regular cashflow returns, but your initial investment cannot be withdrawn.
